professional PROJECT | 2010
office
The space, the head office of a central heating company, is partitioned into three distinct areas: reception, director’s office/meeting room and archive. The reception area establishes a direct connection with the exterior through large glass windows. Between these and the director’s office, a modular “wall” was implemented, consisting of movable cubes which can function as closed cabinets or as open shelves. These cubes can be oriented towards the interior rooms or the storefront, allowing the natural light to permeate the office and meeting area while maintaining privacy. Additionally, they provide storage functionality and serve as a showcase area.
