The hotel is located in the capital of Cape Verde, Praia, a city on Santiago Island. The project aims to create a hotel that is a landmark in the city and that provides 201 guest rooms and suites, a business centre and leisure facilities across 15 floors.
[my work: I worked on the architecture and interior design proposals, including the development of technical drawings, furniture details, layouts, and FF&E specification.]
white sands hotel & spa
The first of six developments on Boa Vista Island, the White Sands Hotel was projected to have 835 rooms and is divided into two sections, family and adults only.
[my work: I developed architecture proposals for restaurants, pool bar, stage, spa, commercial areas and villas.]

Also located on Boa Vista Island, the Hilton Resort will have 400 guest rooms and restaurants, bars, shops, spa, gym and water sports centre.
[my work: I participated in the concept design, developing the project and creating the revit model and presentation materials.]
